Last week, Chief Jason Brizendine, Assistant Chief Kyle Comer, Detective Ben Gosnell, Sergeant Nick Naselroad, Officer Will Maluvac, and Officer Doug Stanton joined the family of fallen EPD officer Noah Shahnavaz in Washington, D.C. Shahnavaz was one of several officers honored from around the country for their ultimate sacrifice.

Officer Will Maluvac had the honor of escorting Noah’s family during the ceremony last Monday. Additionally, deputies from the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department, and officers from the Fisher’s Police Department also made the trip for the ceremony.
