Tyner leaves newspapers after more than four decades of service

Last week, long term newspaper employee Cindy Tyner announced she would be leaving Cherry Road Media, formerly Elwood Publishing Company, to pursue an opportunity with the Elwood Chamber of Commerce.Tyner began her career with the newspaper in August of 1976 in the Tipton office as the front desk receptionist performing multiple duties including circulation, classified ads, legals and more.
