On Saturday afternoon, Alexandria Police officers responded to an animal complaint call in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. APD received numerous calls concerning two aggressive dogs running loose in the neighborhood.

I have found letters, from 60 years ago, that his lawyer sent to him verifying that he did not abandon the family but paid for airplane tickets for the ex-wife and four kids to the coast where his wife’s family lived. Letters also verified that he was trying to get custody.
An Elwood father of three has been missing since late January, friends and family say. Chad Parsley, 45, was last seen Tuesday, Jan. 27. Parsley was last seen wearing a tan Carhart coat and jeans with pain stains on them.
