Alexandria couple arrested following neglect investigation
Alexandria residents Shaun Watts and Codie Watts were arrested last week following a month-long investigation into neglect allegations against the couple.In October of 2023, Codie Watts took the couple’s two-month-old child to Community Hospital in Anderson with second degree burns to 16 to 20 percent of its body.
