On May 1, an Alexandria police officer observed a parked vehicle in the parking lot of the Church at Broadway Park in the 300 block of N. West Street. Having never encountered a vehicle parked in the area after hours, the officer approached the vehicle noticing the windows were fogged up. When he pulled up to the vehicle, he turned on his flood lights but did not see a shadow of a person through the passenger side.
