Former Summitville fire chief, currently serving an 18-year sentence for child sexual misconduct charges, sentenced to additional three years

Tuesday morning, former Summitville Volunteer Fire Department Chief James Randall “Randy” Sizelove appeared in Madison County Circuit Court I for a sentencing and restitution hearing stemming from charges of Theft (Level 6 felony), Official Misconduct (Level 6 felony), and Conflict of Interest (Level 6 felony). Sizelove appeared for the hearing via Zoom technology from the New Castle Department of Corrections, where he is currently serving an 18-year sentence on previous child sexual misconduct charges.
