ELWOOD — The Elwood Lady Panthers were still battling illness and nagging minor injuries last week when they took on a strong Eastbrook squad in a Central Indiana Conference battle last Tuesday night.Things did not go well for the host Panthers as Eastbrook cruised to a 70-19 victory to leave John Ward Gymnasium with an 11-1 record and atop the CIC standings at 4-0.Elwood’s best quarter was the first as the Panthers scored 11 points.
