1955-2023

ANDERSON, IN Debra J. “Deb” (Armstrong) Troxell, 67, entered peace and rest from her home early Sunday, May 7, 2023, following a 4-year illness. Deb was born on July 26, 1955, in Anderson to Robert “Bob” and Janis (Simmons) Armstrong. She was a graduate of Alexandria-Monroe High School-Class of 1973. She was a loving wife and mother. She always worked to make others around her happy. Deb will be fondly remembered for her soft-spoken and gentle spirit.

Survivors: Husband-Brad Troxell-Anderson, 2 Daughters-Misty Schunn-Anderson, Kristy Coble- Greenwood, Son-Eric Troxell-Anderson, Twin Sister- Dee (Ellis) Owens-Alexandria, sister-Toni (David) Snowberger-Peru, 5 Grandchildren- Rodney Coble II, Ryan Coble, Mackenzie Troxell, Brady Schunn and Brandon Schunn, 3 Great-Grandchildren-Rodney Coble III, Amelia Coble, Hudsyn Schunn, Nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Son-in- Law-Rodney Coble

Services celebrating Deb’s life and legacy will take place at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in the Owens Funeral Home, 412 North Harrison Street, Alexandria with Rev. Hervey Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria. The Troxell family will receive friends after 12 noon on Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
