ANDERSON, IN Betty Jean (Edwards) Lee, 90, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Harcourt Trace in Indianapolis following an extended illness. She was born on January 2, 1933, in Wauseon, Ohio to Eugene and Evelyn (Wise) Edwards. Betty Jean was a graduate of Alexandria High School-Class of 1950.

Following high school graduation, she received her Licensed Practical Nurse degree. She was selfemployed in private care nursing for 20 years, retiring in 1998. Private interment services will take place in Park View Cemetery in Alexandria. Betty’s care and service arrangements have been entrusted to Owens Funeral Home in Alexandria.
